On this episode finding grace, today I am rejoined by my gorgeous friend Amy Rushworth, we spoke just over a year ago but thought we would do a part two on our last conversation and share where Amy is at now.
For those who don’t know Amy she is a speaker, a woman transformation and healing Mentor/coach and writer.
Amy is someone who’s not afraid to evolve and grow and dive right in the deep end which is something I love about her.
