Finding Grace - Improving Your Well-Being through Self-Help and Spiritual Conversations

Nov 16, 2020

In this episode of finding grace today I’m joined by Dion Johnson known as “the Womanologist”, who is a speaker, leader develop mentor to women and author of the book “Influential woman”. Dion's mission with her work is too create change with women, while using her story and experiences to shift and change women perspectives in high up positions in business, but also their lives, to operate from a more powerful feminine position.

I loved interviewing Dion on here.

In this episode:

  • Dion shares what finding grace means to her, and she shares her story of being born with facial disfigurement and the journey she went which lead her to where she is today.
  • We talk unmasking and what this means to her.
  • She shares all about her new book “Influential woman”, what it’s about and the seven pillars she’s created in it to help women propel forward.
  • We talk about being truly seen and why women struggle with this so much.
  • She shares her continued vision for women in business and in places of influence and leadership.
  • We talk about the feminine approach that women need to adopt in more masculine environments within business. Knowing that they can still thrive doing this.
  • We talk about how rock bottom can be a powerful place to grow from and so much more.

Dion shares her parting wisdom, this episode is filled with so many nuggets of grace and Dion shares so much in this episode.

We hope you enjoy.
